Another Sell-Out Success for GM Fundraising

The launch of the 13th GM Fundraising Golf Day, due to take place on 9th July at Hellidon Lakes in Daventry, has been another astounding success.

Within 24 hours, the ever popular event sold out. Gary Morton, founder of GM Fundraising says: “The uptake for this year’s event has been phenomenal. We are now oversubscribed to the point where we may have to extend it to another day. We are always so grateful to our supporters and are looking forward to hosting this great event.”

The Hellidon Lakes boasts a challenging course for even the most competent golfer, with 6187 yards of championship golf over 18 holes (plus an additional valley with 9 holes) and many water features and hazards. But it’s not just about the golf, there is more fun to be had in the evening with dinner, auctions and presentations. All of this to ensure guests have a great time, but of course no-one ever forgets the reason behind it – the worthy cause of Hope House.

“Last year’s golf day raised just over £9,000 for the Hope House Children’s Hospices,” continues Gary, “and a great day in the sunshine was had by all. We’d love to top that achievement this year and based on the generosity we have seen from our friends and colleagues in the industry for all our previous efforts and events, I don’t think that will be a problem.”
